When I listen to James, not only am I listening to a man leading dozens of multi-millionaires when you include coaches and front office staff, I am listening to a man who has gained incredible wisdom through failure.  I am listening to maturity.  I am listening to to someone performing at a level of artistic excellence basketball fans have only seen from Michael Jordan.
