A leader who does not know how to celebrate is a leader not worth following. Celebration is the payoff for all the hard work you have done. If your team has just accomplished something significant, you can always evaluate and improve tomorrow. Take a moment today and celebrate. Celebration is also the motivation for your team to keep working hard.
When it comes to celebration, few scenes top what took place in the locker room at Syracuse University this past Saturday. Though they were over 20-point underdogs, the Orangemen defeated the 17th-ranked Virginia Tech Hokies 31-17. It was then that head coach Dino Babers gave the victory speech you see above.
